Due to the nature of the products we sell shipping cost vary greatly. In your cart at checkout depending on the product in your cart you will sometimes see multiple shipping cost. Our site returns a itemized break down of shipping when products in the cart have to ship separately or must be shipped truck freight. Truck freight cost are quoted by phone and are paid by phone after the freight cost has been calculated.
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and PayPal credit.
We are located in Fresno, Ca, UPS ground shipments for west coast delivery’s usually take 1-3 business days depending on location and east coast delivery’s take 5-7 business days. Freight delivery times will be determined at time of phone quote.
We understand that your personal information is important, We offer multiple secure checkout options at time of payment. We never store or have access to card numbers place via our shopping cart or via PayPal. PalPal transactions are processed on PayPal’s site and then your redirected back to our site for payment conformation and receipt. All payments are placed in a SSL environment and security can be verified via the secure icon in your web bar or by rolling over the Comodo Security logo at the bottom of the page.
After ordering you will be brought to our order conformation screen and receive a email with your order details. If your item ships freight or we have any questions on your order you will be contacted via phone or email.
A lot of our products are made to order and lead times usually vary from 3-7 days depending on the order. Products that are in stock usually leave in 1-2 business days. If you have any questions on shipping times please just call or email us and we will be happy to give you a estimate on when you will get your product.
